Koko is a luxury chocolate packaging series. Koko is a chocolate brand that is marketed to the trendsetters of the obsolescence curve. It is considered to be a high fashion chocolate that pulls colors and modern angles from haute couture. The logotype has strong angles that and a uniform line weight creates a modern look for the brand. The strong, dominant black color creates a sense of luxury.
Each packaging structure is double walled with a die cut of a pattern on the external wall. The die cuts, paired with colors, act as a flavoring system. The angles of the logotype are also seen on all of the packaging series on how they open. The bright colors juxtaposed with the black create a new sense of luxury but also a high energy luxury.
